I felt very relaxed, went in and out of sleep state. After the healing I felt very angry and noticed this. I was short-fused with my children. I realize I need to work on this, I felt a bit calmer the next day.

I was thrilled to physically feel the tingles of the healing energy as soon as the session started. The biggest insight I received from the healing was to slow down and to let go of worry that was not mine. I felt very light and at peace directly following the healing and as the day went on I found myself calm, slower and more present. In our day to day lives often the moments of presence disappear. I felt these moments following the Reiki healing and really leaned into them. My mind is always busy and I was able to let it go and spend time just relaxing and being. This sense of peace has not been with me for a long time. This was a beautiful realization that self care is a truly beautiful thing. Reiki is such a powerful way to return back to ourselves.
